To me, fast food is not about getting food fast, but how much work I have to do to make it so I can maximize the time I spend with The Countess.

Today I'd like to give you my recipe for Mussels. There's nothing that's tastier, simpler or cheaper.

About a week ago The Countess and I saw this really cool looking Japanese Pizza Hut pizza, and we thought to ourselves "Hey, selves, that's a really cool looking Japanese Pizza Hut pizza." (3,550 Yen for the large is $30.)

So, it’s late afternoon and you’re thinking about dinner, not sure what to make, don’t really feel like working too hard… what to do, what to do, what to do?

Well, I’m here to tell you, make a homemade pizza! If you have a food processor, bread maker or a mixer with dough hooks, there’s nothing easier and tastier than making your own. A few minutes of work and the rest of the time you can read some blogs, play a game or watch a DVD.
