Yikes!
Protein Wisdom found my t-shirt slogan contest. I don't read Protein Wisdom, but I'm familiar with those guys. They're much more right-wing than I am. Jeff Goldstein linked to me when referring to "strident feminists" who have struck back at the t-shirts. He posted a bunch of humorless t-shirt suggestions himself. The least he could have done was made them funny. They aren't. Doesn't he know that the answer to one of his shirts - "I Wish I Had A Cock" - is a t-shirt with an arrow pointing down with the slogan "With One Of These I Can Have As Many Cocks As I Like."?
I'm getting a lot of hits today because of my contest. I got a lot of hits yesterday. Looks like people are reading that contest/t-shirt post.
Just to make things even funnier, The Royal Spawn got an Abercrombie and Fitch catalogue in the mail today. He complained about clothes that cost to much, rolled up the catalogue, and threw it in the trash. He isn't into impressing his peers by buying the hottest clothing. He just wants plain clothes that fit and feel good. I'm so glad I taught him not to be concerned about what's in fashion so that he'll impress his peers with the clothes he wears. He just doesn't care.

Oh come on, now. Some of them are funny.
And we were doing it in good fun, not to be meanspirited.

You know, that retort to the "I Wish I Had A Cock" idea is the punch line of an actual joke, which has gotten laughs at just about every bachelor party I've ever worked at.

The Royal Spawn will change his mind on this.

Yeah, I knew you were doing it in good fun, but they were mean-spirited, not funny. I just thought Jeff could have come up with funnier ones if his intention was not to attack feminists.
I did like "My Other Dildo Is A Rolls Royce". That was clever.
