The Woman Who Filed A Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Bush May Be Dead
Margie Schoedinger, a Texas resident who had filed a sexual assault lawsuit against George W. Bush, may have died. I have not confirmed that the dead woman is the same Margie Schoedinger, nor have I confirmed that her death may have been a suicide by gunshot wound. Reporter Jackson Thoreau wrote in July, 2003, that Schoedinger continued to pursue the lawsuit she had filed last December. This story was buried by the media. Her death, if this is the same Margie Schoedinger, has also been ignored by the media.

Margie Schoedinger dies as a result of a gunshot wound to the head
Margie Schoedinger, the woman who allegedly filed a lawsuit against George W. Bush in December 2002, claiming that she had been raped, has died of a gunshot wound to the head, registered officially as "suicide".
The allegations were serious: the law suit apparently filed against George W. Bush in the County Civil Court in Fort Bend County, Texas, on 2nd December 2002, claimed that George Bush, the former Governor or Texas and current President of the United States of America, had committed "individual sex crimes" against her and her husband.
Margie Schoedinger further stated that after the claim, she had been harassed, that her bank account had been interfered with, that she had been threatened and beaten. She claimed 1 million USD in actual damages plus 49 million USD in punitive damages and emotional stress caused by the alleged incidents.
Court documents filed on December 4th 2002 mention Bush, giving him 20 days to respond or appear in a court in Fort Bend. These papers were initialed by Fort Bend County Deputy Clerk, Becky Kasper. However, due to the ambiguous nature of the claims, which have never been substantiated, it is unclear whether the President of the USA was served with the suit.
Whatever the case, Margie Schoedinger is dead. At 38 years of age, she died on Monday 22nd September 2003. The Harris Country Examiner's Office states "gunshot wound to the head" and "suicide".

Thanks, Luke. I saw the article a few weeks ago. I've been getting so many hits from people looking for info about Margie Schoedinger that I've decided to write an update on my blog, but I just haven't gotten to it yet.

I have been following this story....there are so many reporters on to it, I am totally confused as to why the news has not been picked up on by
the main media.....of course, someone is pulling the strings of the big
media, or being threatened.

What about the public's right to know? Whose responsibility is it to get this information out to citizens of America so that we can hear a all of the facts in this matter? If it is our right to hear all kinds of insane things in the media, then most certaintly, we have the right to know this important information.

White pages appears to list a MARGIE D SCHOEDINGER of SUGAR LAND but I cannot get the number from that website without paying money.
There are other Shoedingers in Texas. It's an uncommon name so they are probably her relatives.

After just reading about this on rense.com, a great place to see the "real" government, I am not surprised to see that it has been covered up. If it were just a bunch of hogwash the cronies protecting Bush's reputation (haha) would have ignored it or at least responded to it with a brush off remark, standard procedure. Yet, in attempting to cover it up they have given it weight, making it appear true. I have no doubt that something happened. The fact that the woman is now dead, by a handgun no doubt, makes me believe that the woman was telling the truth. Having a horney, male chauvanistic man like Clinton in office was embarrassing enough. Having an out and out muderer in office is unacceptable. If this man wins the election again, it can only be by dubious means, like the last time. Kerry is not the answer either. Both are members of the seriously evil organization by name of Skull and Bones. Nader is a ploy to pull votes away from Kerry and the others. Try going a different direction...like David Cobb of the green party.

Holy Moly even Clinton wasn't that bad...Clinton was addicted to women, this guy appears to swing BOTH ways...
They should have arrested Bush and did what he likes to do to people accused of crimes in Texas...give them 100 years in jail...
